Staff Product Manager, Incubation Hub

This is a foundational role for Super.com’s new Incubation Hub, a “startup” within Super.com tasked with finding the next big thing in the product suite. As the first Staff Product Manager, you'll lead a Mission-Aligned Team, collaborating with leaders to identify potential new businesses and products. You'll have a dedicated team to rapidly validate ideas and bring them to market. Your responsibilities include owning the roadmap, launching MVPs, driving iteration post-launch, using data to track performance, and operating like a founder by making fast decisions and de-risking new ideas. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at simplifying chaos into action, and loves launching things fast.
