This role involves owning and creating roadmaps for existing Measurement solutions and creating new Measurement solutions across verticals, requiring excellent collaboration skills and a keen design sense to deliver high-quality results and drive customer engagement with the StackAdapt platform.

The Strategy and Operations team elevates the voices of Motive customers to drive retention and increase usability of products. As Product Operations Manager you will manage Research Operations and increase efficiency with a strong sense of ownership. You will schedule interviews, manage participant recruitment, track project timelines, and communicate effectively.

The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.

Partner with the CPO and their team to bring data-driven analysis and structured thinking to mission-critical initiatives. Act as a force multiplier for the CPO by managing priorities and driving operational efficiency across teams. Lead strategic projects such as incubating new products and optimizing team workflows. Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
