As a Senior Technical Program Manager supporting LILT’s government team, you will work with technical and senior leadership to ensure our government offering meets the highest technical standards. You will define and implement technical roadmaps aligned with customer use cases, develop comprehensive roadmaps, and manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.

Own delivery end-to-end by scoping projects with clients and engineers, defining realistic roadmaps, breaking into clear phases, identifying dependencies, and keeping everything on track through shifts. Unblock teams and maintain rhythm, surface obstacles early, facilitate planning, connect resources, and coach teams through ambiguity so progress stays visible.

Lead and coordinate innovative AI initiatives, designed for a civil engineering candidate with a strong foundation in machine learning, computer vision, and engineering systems. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to deployment. Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and best practices for applied AI, overseeing the integration of applied ML and computer vision technologies into civil engineering workflows.

As a Staff Product Manager, New Products, you will research, define, and lead the evolution of this platform driving its commercial impact and industry adoption. Your role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success to scale the product and balance innovation with execution.
