Senior PACS Implementation Engineer

Role Overview:

• The Senior PACS Implementation Engineer leads the build, integration, migration, and technical onboarding of customer environments onto the InSight PACS platform.
• Acting as the technical expert for healthcare system commissioning and interoperability across NHS trusts, private providers, and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of PACS build, integration, and migration projects, including DICOM, HL7, and interoperability standards.
• Plan and execute imaging data migrations, querying and troubleshooting databases to ensure data quality and minimal clinical disruption.
• Lead daily coordination of the implementation team, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing, integrating, or migrating PACS, RIS, VNA, or other healthcare imaging solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of DICOM services and HL7 messaging, plus strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring engineers within a technical delivery team.

Additional Information:

• Minimal travel, with occasional visits to the Basingstoke office for training and collaboration days.
