Senior Software Developer (Java/Linux/PostgreSQL)

Responsibilities:

• Own backend features end to end, from scoping, requirements, and estimation through design, development, testing, documentation, and release.
• Hold a high bar for correctness, testability, and maintainability in design and code reviews.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security of owned components.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years professional software development experience.
• Strong Java development with multi-threaded, distributed architectures.
• Professional experience with Linux/UNIX, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.

Additional Information:

• Base pay range of CAD $90,000-$120,000 per year.
• Total compensation includes bonus and full range of benefits.
