Role Overview:
- Integral member of the Client Support team delivering technical support for radiology IT systems.
- Works with radiologists, technologists, and IT teams to minimize downtime and keep clinical workflows running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for RIS, PACS, and VNA, ensuring system availability for patient care.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose issues and streamline workflows.
- Support DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards for seamless integration with EHRs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Healthcare IT with exposure to radiology systems support.
- Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and imaging workflows.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, networking, and SQL Server/Oracle databases.
