As a Database Administrator at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing large-scale, complex databases. You will work with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient database systems that power our AI-driven platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues related to performance, schema design, cluster topology, and application design. Work with customers to learn what challenges they face, help triage, and implement solutions. Perform technical work requiring coordination, testing, and scheduling, ensuring data integrity and stability.

Support various database and automation in a 24/7 Linux environment, resolving issues for database application alerts, upgrades, patching, security, data restorals and replication, backups and performance tuning. Responsibilities also include operating system and network troubleshooting and responding to customer requests.
