The Database Engineering Manager is a key operational and strategic leader, responsible for all global database management activities at 3E. Reporting to the CTO, this role bridges technical vision with execution—delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance database solutions that power our AI-first future. You will lead the transformation of 3E’s database ecosystem.
This role involves joining an existing team with a well-defined product vision. This team operates collaboratively, and there is an expectation to get involved in all aspects of design, delivery, and support of our systems. This role emphasizes collaboration with our technical and non-technical counterparts to learn our domain and its unique challenges, while delivering value to our customers.
As a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE), you'll be at the crossroads of MongoDB mastery and infrastructure automation. This role is for someone who’s passionate about building scalable, resilient, and high-performance data systems. You’ll help evolve our database infrastructure using modern DevOps principles— automation-first, performance-driven, and cloud-ready. You’ll collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps engineers to integrate MongoDB into our CI/CD pipelines and ensure it runs smoothly at scale.
