The Sr. Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, automating, deploying and operating production-grade services on a variety of cloud vendors and various infrastructure platforms for Smile Digital Health, its clients and partners. This position works with various teams to ensure that infrastructure needs are fulfilled for various teams and departments.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will utilize your deep experience in FHIR-based interoperability to support the delivery of large-scale healthcare data exchange solutions supporting CMS mandates. You will write production-grade code, lead technical delivery, mentor developers, and collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Account Managers to ensure that every deployment meets both performance and compliance standards.

This role will be responsible for assisting in shaping and delivering on the Health Data Fabric (HDF) vision anchored in Smile Digital Health’s FHIR platform. As a trusted Client Solutions Architect, you will help Clients and prospective customers understand the full breadth, technical and, business details of Smile’s solutions through the development of custom Proof of Concepts (PoC), presentations, demonstrations, architectural diagrams/documentation, customer specific requirements, and, support the development and response of RFPs, RFIs and similar solicitation documents by detailing the adoption and migration of a customer’s existing systems and data to the Smile platform.

The Account Executive leads the full end-to-end sales cycle and account management strategy, identifying growth opportunities in the US Payer and Clinical Reasoning territory and accounts. This role manages the sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to contract negotiations, deal closure, and account management. They're expected to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering integrity, quality, and customer service to clients.

You will play a central role in building and optimizing our digital presence, supporting demand generation campaigns, and helping create Smile solution branding (logos, tradeshow assets, digital collateral). This is a highly executional role within an enterprise B2B environment, designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot web assets and Google Ads campaigns that support multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level buyer journeys.

The Senior Quality Engineer leads and oversees quality and reliability of software products. This role is instrumental in strategic planning, process improvement and advanced testing execution. The Sr. QE will be assigned to complex projects and product portfolios to ensure thorough resolution of complex bugs, new features and product(s).
