Job Description

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for the operational alignment of revenue-generating teams across the full client lifecycle to drive growth, operational clarity, and efficiency. This position provides leadership and guidance to the Commercial Operations team to support and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of Sales and Marketing teams. This role owns the forecast, sales modeling, compensation plan, territory alignment, margin analysis, and overall health of the pipeline. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving a Sales and Revenue Operations model, ensuring the CRM is accurate, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize systems and processes. The manager will also lead a team of Analysts, and oversee the deal desk function. The manager will collaborate with finance on sales and commission forecasts. Serve as a guide for the company, tying proposed initiatives to a data-backed lift in revenue.
