Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales team. This position ensures seamless execution of sales processes, data accuracy in CRM systems, and delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include: Design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the sales funnel. Manage and optimize CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline integrity, and automation of key tasks. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics. Design, implement, and scale revenue generating processes using data and technology to streamline workflows that will improve sales velocity. Oversee sales forecasting models and deliver accurate, actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic planning. Collaborate with internal resources and subject matter experts on sales operations tasks to support productivity and efficiency. Support customer-facing teams by analyzing customer lifecycle data to identify trends and maximize customer lifetime value.
