Overview:
- HealthEquity's Sr Business Intelligence Analyst turns complex CX, product, and operational data into clear, decision-ready visualizations.
- This hands-on role focuses on dashboard design, data storytelling, and adoption to drive executive and operational decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards supporting CX strategy, journey management, and operations.
- Translate business questions into visual structures with the right metrics, comparisons, and drill paths.
- Partner with BI Engineers and data teams to ensure data accuracy and performance.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong data visualization and dashboard UX expertise, plus working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, or SQL.
- Familiarity with customer journeys, CX metrics, or product analytics is preferred.
