About the Role:
- Build and maintain dashboards and models for Member Experience and operations.
- Remote U.S. role with hybrid option for NYC locals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Member Experience analytics and Ops Staff capacity models.
- Field ad hoc analytics requests and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years BI experience, SQL and Tableau proficiency required.
- Strong Excel and communication skills; insurance experience a plus.
