  • Lead a team of 6-8 engineers across SSH client, web app, and backend services, owning technical architecture and engineering process.
  • Partner with product on roadmap and tradeoffs, while staying hands-on ~20% of the time to contribute code and unblock the team.
  • Hire, mentor, and build the team, and communicate technical risk across the org in a fast-moving startup environment.
