  • Support the PIC in all phases of flight from planning through completion, serving as active monitoring pilot with full CRM and TEM engagement.
  • For ETOPS flights, jointly monitor systems and fuel per GOM procedures, and maintain personal flight time, duty time, and qualification compliance.
  • Represent Bond's premium brand to every passenger and develop command readiness for future PIC qualification.
