Role Overview:

• As Captain, you carry full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and professional conduct of every flight.
• You lead your crew, set the tone for Crew Resource Management, and deliver a premium experience on every leg.

What You'll Do:

• Own flight planning and preflight preparation from weather and NOTAMs to aircraft airworthiness.
• Serve as final authority aboard the aircraft, maintaining command responsibility at all times.
• Mentor and develop crew members through in-flight coaching and post-flight debrief.
