As the Reward & Performance Manager, lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Bradkenβs global reward, performance, recognition, mobility, and benefits frameworks. This role involves managing annual reward cycles, overseeing performance management processes, and administering job evaluation. It also includes managing global mobility, delivering insurance and benefits programs, and equipping business partners with tools and training.
As a Technical Writer, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain accurate technical documents, comprehensively defining Bradken's product specifications and usage guidelines. Working 100% remotely with an office in Surco available for meetings, you will be part of a dynamic global team that will provide daily support for solid growth with the business and reporting to Australia.
