As the first point of contact for our German, Austrian and Swiss online customers, you will be responsible for quickly clarifying their inquiries regarding orders and processing complaints via phone or email. You will develop individual customer solutions in close exchange with our logistics, accounting, DHL and other contact points. You will also actively participate in the further development of processes in the online shop customer service.
As a clerk, you are responsible for the operative implementation of our commercial newsletters and ensure that all content arrives on time and in the correct format to our customers. You independently create newsletter templates based on briefings and integrate them into our system. You create Asana tickets, prepare newsletter briefings and ensure that all information is available. You regularly coordinate with internal stakeholders and thus ensure a smooth process. You support the CRM team in the continuous further development and optimization of our automated campaigns (lifecycle & trigger).
The position is limited to 18 months. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new platform partners and for the support and advice of existing partners. You will analyze the cooperation with partners, develop recommendations and monitor the processes and partner requirements according to the contractual agreement.

In the customer-focused software development team, you'll develop innovative solutions. As part of the cross-functional Content team, you will work on exciting challenges that make the Breuninger online shop a little better every day. You develop and maintain frontend components for the Breuninger online shop with technologies such as EJS, WebComponents, Lit and Node.js.
As a working student in Brand Marketing, you will support the print team in planning and organizing magazines and mailings, ideally 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break. Your responsibilities include asset coordination, preparing overviews for photo productions, and supporting sample handling.
