You will support the strategic and conceptual planning, control and implementation of purchasing processes, including the relevant key figures. You will prepare and follow up on order dates and support the creation of assortments and product selection. You are responsible for ensuring information about current market events and analyzing the competition.

In close cooperation with purchasing, you provide impetus for assortment design and strategic further development of brands. Use your extensive assortment expertise to identify trends early on and design the assortment accordingly in order to optimally meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for a product range in the women's category on breuninger.com, managing it with entrepreneurial skill and strategic vision, collaborating closely with purchasing to stimulate assortment design and strategic brand development, and proactively promoting innovative marketing ideas.

You are responsible for the vision and further development of the Breuninger Card, always keeping our customers and value creation in mind. You prioritize requirements, formulate user stories, and implement them with your development team, making data-driven decisions and always keeping customer needs, value creation, and economic efficiency in focus.

As a Senior or Staff Engineer (m/w/d), you will drive technical excellence by helping to shape architectural decisions, setting technological standards, and continuously developing our platform with a view to scalability, quality, and user centricity. You will design and develop sustainable, scalable solutions from architecture to implementation.
