Under the general direction of the manager, administers and supports IT infrastructure Change, Configuration and Release (CCR) management processes. Responsible for developing and maintaining CCR controls, traceability, compliance and reports. Documents processes and procedures and provides training on IT Service Management (ITSM) policies, procedures and general processes.

Under the direction of the Manager, ensure programmatic compliance and audit readiness with NERC reliability standards, ISO Tariff, and FERC obligations through effective interpretation, implementation, and documentation of regulatory requirements. Serve as a primary liaison to regulatory agencies and lead internal readiness efforts. Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in compliance assessments.
