Bring the best of Chartbeat and Tubular to media and tech clients through data analysis, insights and consulting. Serve as a trusted advisor on content and social platform success. The Analyst will work to help clients -- including broadcasters, tech platforms, publishers, and brands -- develop strategies to grow their social video presence using Tubularβs data analytics suites. The Analyst will run analysis to drive insights and create high-quality external publications to share with our clients.
Chartbeat, Inc. is looking for someone like you to join the team as a Salesforce Administrator. Youβll provide key contributions to the business systems that Chartbeat relies on. As the Salesforce Administrator, youβll use your experience and knowledge to provide support to end-users and execution on cross-functional strategic projects in Salesforce and related systems.
As a Technical Support Engineer at Chartbeat, you will be working directly with our client end users to answer their product questions and resolve their technical issues. You will primarily support customers via emailed support tickets (we use Zendesk), as well as over video conference calls. You will participate in the support on call rotation to monitor for urgent support issues such as platform outages.
