- Communicates results, enters medication requests, and documents in the Electronic Health Records within the scope of the MA role.
- Answers and processes a high volume of incoming calls and directs patient access by scheduling and canceling appointments.
- Determines the type of appointment needed and urgency, updates patients on referral statuses, and communicates complex exam instructions.
