Drive customer engagement across B2B and in a limited capacity, B2C and B2B2C segments. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing end-to-end lifecycle strategies that deepen relationships, drive retention, and mitigate churn. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer lifecycle engagement from onboarding, through their first 90 days and beyond.

As the Staff Frontend Engineer, you will help architect, build, deploy and monitor ChowNow’s FE applications, working closely with other disciplines to build new features with an emphasis on quality. You will work with the team on setting standards, best practices and continuously improving the development process. This is a 100% hands-on coding role with a strong research and advocacy component.
