Reimagine how we bring products to market and accelerate value delivery to restaurants. Be the strategic bridge between Product, Growth Marketing, and Sales, elevating the frameworks, processes, and team capabilities that enable world-class launches while directly influencing product strategy through customer insights.

Build, deploy and monitor ChowNow’s FE applications, while being involved from design to delivery of new features and measuring the success of the product. Impact the platform, influencing technology choices, supporting leadership in decision making, and enabling growth of colleagues. Contribute to our code base and review the code of other contributors.

This role is equal parts strategy, systems, and storytelling, where you'll architect and execute lifecycle programs that increase pipeline conversion, activation, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) across both restaurant (B2B) and diner (B2C) audiences. You’ll lead a small, high-impact team and partner closely with Sales, CX, Product Marketing, and RevOps to turn every touchpoint into revenue impact — from nurture to onboarding, renewal, upsell, and referral.

The Vice President of Partnerships will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our external partnership ecosystem, including national and regional partners, referral programs, and integrations that expand ChowNow’s reach and capabilities. This position requires building and leading a team that accelerates our go-to-market strategy and drives revenue through channel, affiliate, and product-led partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role.
