As a Senior QA Engineer at Close, you will work closely with cross-functional product development teams to improve the quality of the product. You will test features as they are being built, monitor recently shipped code for issues, and create high-quality bug reports based on testing the in-product UI across web, desktop, and mobile. Additionally, you will test against our API and improve automated testing strategies.

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be the mastermind of our Sales machine. You’ll be responsible for the people, the process, as well as the the continuous improvement and operational experimentation that will help us build the sales team of the future. You’ll manage our team of full-cycle Sr. Account Executives and Account Executives, providing feedback as well as opportunities for growth.

We’re seeking a self-driven individual eager to take on this new role and make an impact by helping us harness our data to build better product features, applying statistical analysis, machine learning and a healthy dose of LLMs to create data-driven features that further boost our customers’ productivity. You will be regularly collaborating with other teams as we turn new ideas into product features.
