  • Provide longitudinal psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and crisis stabilization for a virtual panel.
  • Serve as the clinical psychiatry resource for the NP pod through warm hand-offs, curbside consults, and case review.
  • Collaborate with an integrated care team to manage transitions and contribute to building Constella's behavioral health model.
