Role:
- Provide longitudinal psychiatric care for adults with SMI, including diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and crisis stabilization.

Candidate:
- Board-certified psychiatrist (MD/DO) with Kentucky licensure or willingness to obtain it promptly.
- Experienced in community or safety-net settings treating serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions.
Structure:
- Fully virtual, part-time commitment with weekly warm hand-off blocks; path to full-time.
- Compensation: $275 - $300 per hour; licensing fees reimbursed.
