Role Overview:
- Provide physician oversight and clinical consultation to experienced PMHNPs and other APPs.
- Maintain supervisory agreements and documentation as required.
- Support clinical quality and safety through guidance on complex cases.
What We’re Looking For:
- Board-certified psychiatrist with an active California license and DEA registration.
- Experience supervising or collaborating with APPs in mental health.
- Strong knowledge of outpatient psychiatric medication management.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, part-time W-2 position with flexible schedule.
- Small, predictable monthly time commitment.

Compensation & Culture:
- $200–$250 per supervised APP per month, based on experience.
