Leads end-to-end procurement for assigned projects, from early planning through closeout, while providing senior-level leadership across complex procurement workstreams.
Develops and executes project-specific procurement plans; partners with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Finance; and ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing.
Manages supplier and subcontractor selection, commercial negotiations, contract formation, expediting, and supplier performance to support project schedule, budget, and risk objectives.
