Manager, Financial Reporting

  • Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and support other SEC filings as needed.
  • Research and document accounting positions on complex or non-routine transactions, preparing clear technical accounting memoranda.
  • Administer equity activities, support stock-based compensation accounting, and help design and execute internal controls over financial reporting.
