This role involves building the systems, processes, and culture that allow the Doctronic team to operate with excellence while they grow rapidly. The Head of Business Operations will lead core operations across HR, finance, and company processes, partner with founders to reinforce company culture, build and optimize processes, drive data-informed decision making, and support vendor management.

Ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for—even when care is delivered entirely through screens, sensors, and AI. Serve as the human face of this transformation, shaping the entire care experience. Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, bringing independent thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a relentless focus on client delight.
