- Take overall responsibility for the success of serial renovation projects, managing them from preliminary planning to commissioning.
- Lead projects in terms of organization, schedule, costs, quality, and risks, while collaborating closely with planning, purchasing, and construction management.
- Proactively identify risks and implement countermeasures, and continuously seek optimization opportunities to improve processes.
