  • Support pre-construction planners and key account managers in reviewing property specifics and costing approaches.
  • Create and refine bid cost calculations for serial residential construction projects using internal tools, BKI, and Nova Ava.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, support LV preparation and follow-up cost calculations, and compare target vs. actual cost data.
