Attention To Detail
Your Tasks:
- Support pre-construction planners and key account managers on property reviews and costing approaches.
- Create and refine bid cost calculations for serial residential projects using in-house tools, BKI, or Nova Ava.
- Perform quantity takeoffs, LV preparation, and target/actual cost comparisons.
Your Profile:
- Technical degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related technical/business field with practice.
- Experience in construction, ideally renovation, and cost calculation per DIN 276.
- Team-oriented, structured, detail-focused with strong affinity for numbers and data.
