Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commercial construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages.
- Coordinate subcontractor bids and estimate materials, labor, equipment, and project costs.
- Review drawings and use Bluebeam, Excel, Revit, and HeavyBid for accurate estimates.
Who You Are:
- You have 10+ years of commercial or civil construction estimating experience, or strong mid-level equivalent.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and can independently own estimating workflows.
- You communicate fluently in English and have experience with US construction standards.
Working Arrangement:
- Fully remote, Monday–Friday during US Eastern Time.
- Full-time exclusive commitment, reporting directly to the company owner.
- Opportunity to take on project management responsibilities.
Client & Style:
- A hands-on owner with 35+ years in civil estimating who values accuracy and accountability.
- You will receive mentoring but are expected to work with minimal supervision.
