The Opportunity:
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
- Lead the development of the total project estimate.
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of Estimator experience in a construction environment.
- Demonstrated experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
- Excellent communication and detail orientation.
