Role Responsibilities:
- Develop estimates, including crew build-ups, production rates, and construction equipment selection.
- Manage the preparation of estimates, lead project team reviews, and evaluate scope suitability.
- Analyze project data for historical documentation and benchmark comparisons.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: BA/BS in engineering + 6 years related experience, or equivalent.
- Experience leading complex estimating efforts in water/wastewater.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients and leadership.
