THE WORK:
- Analyze invitation-to-bid documents and construction drawings to determine electrical requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with operations and pre-construction teams on value engineering.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 8+ years experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
- Direct experience with data center projects is required.
- Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, ConEst) and digital take-off tools (Bluebeam).
