Role Overview:
- Develop conceptual through detailed estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) across design phases.
- Prepare M&E quantity takeoffs and cost plans using CostX; lead value engineering and present cost strategies.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical estimating experience with client-facing confidence.
- Strong CostX proficiency and Data Center, Healthcare, Aviation, or Commercial project experience valued.
