Responsibilities:

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift or similar estimating software.
Extract, organize, and maintain project measurement data for estimating activities.
Deliver completed takeoffs within established deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Proficiency with PlanSwift and strong ability to read construction plans.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable setup and strong communication skills.
