To ensure all queries are processed effectively within the PVQ system. To answer inbound telephone calls and make calls as necessary to ensure the effective running of the department. To provide support to all colleagues to ensure the objectives of e.surv and LSL Group are met.

Identifying, assessing, and documenting change impacts across processes, people and systems Designing and delivering a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap Leading stakeholder analysis and driving engagement, communication, and sponsorship activity
Conduct RICS Home Surveys—Levels 2 and 3 (depending on experience). Prepare detailed reports and deliver expert professional advice. Inspect properties, analyze data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
