Lead organizational change management in transformation projects, ensuring the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within client organizations. This role develops communication plans, designs training programs, supports users in adopting new tools, monitors adoption indicators, and collaborates with leaders to ensure organizational alignment.

As an Analista Sales Operations you will provide support in the analysis of KPIs, the generation of reports, and the development of dashboards for commercial teams. You will prepare periodic reports and presentations of results. You will track key KPIs of the commercial area and manage and maintain updated databases.
