Own Growth Analytics Initiatives by proactively identifying, scoping, and delivering analytics projects that accelerate user growth, engagement, and monetization. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, rapidly iterating based on data, and driving projects from hypothesis to measurable impact. Deliver actionable recommendations for product features, onboarding flows, and personalization, tracking implementation through to business impact.
