Finary is building the modern Private Bank—accessible to everyone. Entering a new growth chapter, they are hiring a Head of Product to level up their product organization and execution. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, taking full ownership of delivery, execution, and team management, leading and inspiring a growing team of Product Managers and Designers.

You'll be responsible for crafting and executing a world-class paid growth strategy, managing significant budgets across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, and beyond), and leading experimentation across geographies and channels. Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-performing ads, joining one of France’s most beloved personal finance apps and helping us go from 10 to 100.

As Finary's first Site Reliability Engineer, you'll ensure our platform remains highly available, performant, and secure. You'll work with the VP of Engineering to build and implement the systems, processes, and culture that define reliability at Finary. By bridging the gap between development and operations, you'll enable our engineering teams to deliver features faster while maintaining stability.
