FourKites is looking for an ambitious and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team! You will provide the best customer experience by building a consultative relationship with your book of business in order to grow and retain customers. As the owner of the day-to-day management of your customers, you will become their go-to expert in all things FourKites.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in telling the story of FourKites’ platform and helping position our solutions the right way and to the right people. You will be a critical member of the team responsible for defining, positioning, and driving the message, strategy, and content to engage buyers.

Shape the future of real-time visibility across the entire supply chain ecosystem. Drive enhancements to current offerings and spearhead the development and launch of innovative new features, product SKUs, and AI-powered capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of the supply chain domain, particularly from a shipper's perspective, with strong expertise in order management systems and warehouse management.
