Support day-to-day activities for customer data cleansing engagements, primarily supporting data quality initiatives to drive accuracy, consistency, and completeness of enriched data through management and maintenance of provider item master information as it relates to medical-surgical devices and supplies. Works in conjunction with other team members to ensure timely delivery of accurate data.
The GHX Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for selling complex supply chain software solutions into the healthcare community. The ADR determines the overall account planning and management of their customer base within a specified region to achieve a growth billings quota. Successful candidates will have an understanding of the healthcare industry and the business challenges that customers in the healthcare community face.
A Customer Support Analyst Level II works within the Customer Support Center to meet the needs of GHX's important customers. The CSA-II will develop a strong working knowledge of our leading edge GHX Internet B2B exchange system and growth products, the Customer Support knowledge base, and Customer Support administrative tools. Extensive collaborative troubleshooting and problem solving may be required at times.
