Lead and grow a mission-driven engineering team to reinvent civic leadership in America by shipping ambitious 0 to 1 products, and integrating AI. Partner closely with the founding CTO, operate with autonomy, and shape a product and engineering culture that values velocity, innovation, and impact.
This contract role requires political campaign expertise in campaign management, field operations, and communications. You will build relationships, coach candidates, leverage voter data for strategic insights, and build targeted get out the vote campaigns. Success means helping local and state candidates use GoodParty.org's tools to win elections.
Design and develop intuitive, inclusive, and accessible tools that function seamlessly across desktop and mobile web platforms, empowering candidates and elected officials to take effective action by translating product requirements and designs into high-quality software, integrating AI and LLM use cases, and maintaining site-wide design standards.
Create and execute iterative demand generation campaigns and paid growth initiatives to bring GoodParty.org to new audiences. You’ll be the point person for running paid media campaigns to identify and convert candidate users, including SEM, display, paid social, programmatic, and experimental channels. Consistently track and transparently report on metrics, including successes, failures, and learnings. Help manage marketing operations for Hubspot.
