The role blends analytics, experimentation, dataset/taxonomy design, sampling strategies, and applied modeling. You’ll design the right metrics and evals, build workflows for continuous measurement, run experiments, and perform deep dives that directly shape how our product evolves to improve brand visibility in LLM search and their content strategy.
Help build the AI systems that power GrowthX’s content generation platform. You’ll design, build, and ship the core agent workflows and model-driven features that help our customers create content humans alone can’t produce, and AI alone shouldn’t. Your work will bridge new breakthrough research to production, ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement at scale.
GrowthX is hiring a Marketing Lead to own demand across all GrowthX entities — GrowthOS, AI-Led Growth (ALG), CheckThat, and more yet to be announced. This role involves designing and executing campaigns, building repeatable systems, defining GrowthX’s voice across channels, owning the customer journey, and partnering with leaders across entities to align messaging and programs.
You’ll own community growth and experience across all ALG programs, working directly with the VP of GrowthX and the broader GrowthX leadership team to shape how hundreds of operators learn, connect, and collaborate. You’ll blend brand, product, and program thinking to build a world-class operator community.
