The Senior Corporate Counsel will be a member of the in-house legal group that supports the development team during the companyβs expansion and growth. The Senior Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal expertise in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of solar energy and energy storage projects. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team and work closely with other departments within the company.
The Associate Director of Performance Engineering will provide technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to the Interconnection and Performance Engineering teams and is responsible for technical aspects of grid interconnection and merchant transmission business development. This position may be expected to travel up to 40%.
The Director of Project Development will act as a business developer for specific U.S. and/or international projects and is responsible for managing all phases of solar project development, including identification, evaluation, and realization of projects. The Director will collaborate with the local team, mentor, and lead junior team members. The position requires up to 50% travel.
Provide a comprehensive strategy across all US Development for all title and real estate related matters during the development phase of renewable energy projects. Requires a high degree of knowledge related to the overall US Development Pipeline and Strategic Development Initiatives. Expected to travel up to 15%.
