Hopscotch Primary Care

We are looking for a mission-driven Lead Analytics Engineer (remote) to design and build the semantic data layer that powers analytics at Hopscotch Primary Care. In this role, you will transform raw data assets into trusted, business-ready data models that enable self-service analytics, reporting, and operational insights across the company. This role is both technical and collaborative.

This role is for a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, software architecture, and pragmatic problem solving. You’ll design and scale the systems that ensure data is trustworthy, accessible, and ready to power everything from day-to-day operations to next-generation AI applications. You will serve as a technical leader on the team, mentoring junior engineers, raising the bar on engineering fundamentals, and helping shape the long-term direction of our data ecosystem.
