Lead the delivery of Salesforce implementation projects through thoughtful assessment of client requirements. Envision system design, data structure, integrations, UI/UX to support user stories. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product ecosystem. Provide sales opportunity support including product demos, sales discovery, and advice on estimates as requested.

As a Salesforce Managed Services: Business Analyst you’ll work closely with clients to provide post implementation support, system optimization, and/or ongoing administration as contracted. You will provide system administration, design, and optimization services inline with Managed Service contract engagement standards & SLA’s.
