- Be the face of Insider One to our clients and the bridge between their needs and our technology.
- Help clients understand their needs and ensure they utilize our technology to its fullest.
- Develop and maintain key account plans to boost the value we provide to our client's organization.
- Understands & monitors Insider One's testing processes and responsibilities.
- Is involved in manual and automated test scripts.
- Communicates and works with business owners to create and implement test plans.
- Proactively engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers.
- Drive pilots and proofs of concept, optimizing solutions and costs.
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues during implementation and deployment.
- Manage sales and achieve growth by exceeding annual sales targets.
- Interact with clients at all stages, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide support for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified opportunities.
- Lead a design team, provide feedback, and coach them.
- Actively contribute to design ops projects to improve Product Design functions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead productive ideation sessions.
