- Work with the head of DevOps to help develop and implement the DevOps strategy.
- Build tooling that helps us automate and comply with security requirements / certifications.
- Play a leading role in discussions / code review so the wider team “levels up” together.
- Administer, monitor, and support SQL Server databases on Azure (SQL DB, Managed Instance, SQL on VMs).
- Tune SQL queries, improve indexing and analyze wait stats, leveraging Redgate, new relic and related tools.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, T-SQL, and other scripting tools; contribute to DevOps pipelines.
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for a defined set of customers.
- Execute standard renewal motions by documenting renewal risks and customer engagement steps.
- Monitor account health using usage trends, support history, and sentiment.
- Provide thought leadership on complex projects with cross-team impact and set engineering standards and best practices.
- Drive architectural decisions and evolve systems for scalability, reliability, observability and maintainability.
- Design, refactor, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale distributed software solutions.
- Lead and execute security incident response, leveraging your deep expertise to manage and mitigate threats across Ivanti’s global footprint.
- Uncover both known and unknown threats using advanced incident response techniques, threat hunting, threat intelligence, and a strong understanding of attacker TTPs.
- Conduct thorough investigations involving external attacks, insider threats, and digital forensics, ensuring stakeholders stay informed with comprehensive reporting.
- Achieve quarterly revenue target for the West Region (UKI).
- Lead in developing business with our partners.
- Be active and visible to our reseller community – up to 60% of your time spent on the road.
- Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments in AWS and Azure
- Automate common and repetitive tasks
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 coverage (follow-the-sun model) for incident response, issue triage, and problem resolution
- Provide enterprise level technical and functional support for Ivanti Enterprise Service Manager products to global customers, partners and internal staff through troubleshooting and diagnosis
