As a leader and technical expert in Software Engineering, manage two teams of 5 talented intermediate, Senior and Staff level engineers to ensure the Platform teams continue delivering value. Work closely with engineers, design and product to ensure the roadmap for each team balances quality, maintainability, innovation and speed, supporting small businesses by developing high performing teams, facilitating growth, and removing roadblocks.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (PostSale), the Senior Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with go-to-market leadership to drive strategic projects that support aggressive growth, and improve customer satisfaction and adoption of Jobber. The role will support onboarding, account management, and support teams while also assisting our fintech teams.
