As Junior Commercial Counsel, you will handle general commercial contracting, negotiations, and contract management using a CLM, reporting to the Head of Legal: Commercial. Your responsibilities include managing and reviewing customer T&Cs, negotiating BAU contracts (leases, NDAs, procurement, etc.), and managing the contract lifecycle management tool.
